here i wanna share some interesting (& amusing) facts n stuffs that i've found in my last taiwan trip.
1. There is this eatery alongside the famous tourist street in Jiu Fen, selling noodles & stuffs. i heard its famous for its beef noodles. ok, here comes the interesting fact: they offer two types of beef noodles, namely i) niu rou mee tang NT40 & ii) niu rou mian NT80. ok.. what the reason for the 50% price difference?? the NT80 have more beef inside?? or it is of a bigger share? haha, no no no..
the real difference is this. just like ur normal cup noodle.... the NT40 has no beef inside. (-____-" diaoz) beef noodle without beef....
2. Whenever u visit the toilets in Taiwan, be sure to rmb not to throw ur tissues/ toilet paper inside the toilet bowl. there will be one bin inside each cubicle where u can throw them in. athou i noe its not ethical, i can't help but throw my tissues in the toilet bowl, one reason being i'm alrdy used to it, another being i simply can't stand the smell coming frm the bin. imagine throwing ur 'toilet paper wiped with shit' into the bin. dun u tink there will be some smell? (urghhh). i tink its a matter of hygiene. whenever, u squat down over the bowl, ur nose will be practically touching the bin. (argghhh...........) of cos, there are those sitting types of cubicle too. im jus stating an example. i heard its bcos their toilets can't 'digest' all the rubbish, & it will clogged up as a result. so the ppl will have to dig n dig.. (Oops! alittle too disgusting eh..) hehex

Finally....... i've finished the whole of my FYP (Business Development). that's the end of it, yup no more frustration.. yippie! its worth celebrating.. but too bad, got exams coming up.. hmm, nvm.. i'll celebrate it after the exams =) CHEERS mates!!
been in my most formal set of clothings for two straight days. yikes. so uncomfortable. not forgetting the hot weather. haha. i'm not the only one. so do all third yr business students too! all dressed up for presentation. heex.

didn't go for the NTU/ NUS talk in the end. its 10am in the morning. reckon it not worth sacrificing my hours of sleep for it.. didn't know what it was for anyway. doesn't mean i'll definitely get a place in the uni if i went yest. might end up sleeping in front of the professor.. =x haha, don't wanna spoilt his/ her day.. Lalala..
searching for a new blog skin. sth that doesn't have a black background. i realised that the all e previous blogskins of mine are black.. hmm... try new colours?? heh heh.

i've been eyeing on this sweetest, cutest hp from nokia long long ago. FINALLY.. its launched in the market!!
i intend to get it on my birthday & knowing that the stocks of the pink one is damn limted, i checked with the counter before taking a queue number. i tot i must be sooo lucky when i was told there was a last one left.. Then, its my turn to be served, & another person told me that last piece was alrdy reserved & that the person over the counter didnt see that 'reserved' sticker. i got to tell u that i was so....... angry & disappointed. that had to be my unlucky day, i tot.. its my birthday ya noe.. first, she had to bring up my hopes & then, tell me that terrible news.. i coule pounce on her, but im feeling so super sad alrdy so i jus let it go (that person attitude was so indifferent, which angered me. i felt like asking her, "i noe its not ur neglect, however, don't u tink u shld, on behalf of ur company, owe me an apology for wasting my time & affecting my mood on my birthday?")

nope.
i realised after i left the hp shop, that i lost my prized possession. my cute cuddly hippo keychain. haiz, i don't know why but i really really like that hippo alot. (i got it from one of the game machines in Taiwan) i tot that's the worst birthday i've ever had. im so suay. i had even intended not to cut the birthday cake that my aunt got me, when i get home, cos im super duper no mood at all... this lousy mood lasts me till i reached the stairs near my doorsteps.. i saw my beloved hippo lying there.. & my mood lifted instantly. ^_^ it was a feeling of recovering what u've lost!! then, i tink it could be someone up there who prob took pity on me =) Serious!!!
anyway, got my hp on Dec 31!! happy happy =) ----------------------------------------------------------- watched Death Note 2 on Tue (2 Jan 2007). i tot it was a really great movie, my eyes were kept glued to the screen throughout the movie. i was amazed at the cleverness of L, laughed at his funny moves & awww at his cuteness. was unhappy with e ending. for those who watched it, u shld know why.. however.. This had to be the best movie of the year.. & for those who hafnt seen it, i strongly urge you to watch it.
