(sorry people, this blog entry contains some serious disturbing sentences, dun read if u can't stand it)what a TERRIBLE day!!!
During my first lesson in the morning, one group who was doing the GBE forum today showed a video thats really full of gore & violence. cos their topic was abt Japan & China, so they decided to show a video about the World War (Nanjing Massacre, where Japanese troops invaded China & brutually murdered 300,000 Chinese.) Yes, they showed how Japanese cruelly murdered the victims.
but.. really, they should haf given some 'warnings' beforehand (some disturbing scenes), cos some ppl cant stand this kind of thing. seriously, if this was a movie, im sure it will be given a rating of R21 or even worse..
i watched for a few seconds cos i didn't know what the video was at first (& i tot school wasn't allowed to show this kind of video, so i didn't expect anything like this). i saw a man was screaming so painfully, den it showed that his leg was like........ cut or/ blown off, with some bits of skin dangling.. (oh, shit.. im really disgusted, dun tink im able to forget)
den after this, i dun dare & can't bear to watch anymore cos i really cant stand gore & stuff like this.. its really cruel & i felt like crying (but lucky thing, i held back of cos). even had to stick my finger inside my ears to stop hearing their painful screams.. den i heard my friends saying sth abt what dangling intestines & pulling off the victims' skins & organs.
the video was really quite long, i duno how my classmates could stand watching it. or how no one is screaming to stop playing the video.
Then, come afternoon.
i told my BD grp members do they know we need to do two years of financial statements instead of one?
they replied 'i tot one yr only?'
den, i politely smsed back to my 2 grp members
"its stated in the guideline dat the spreadsheet muz be over two years n we muz compare n evaluate in the report."back came the "most polite" msg from my dearest & the most responsible grp leader that i've ever met.
"Can u stop 4llowing guidelines. Nt evry figure in thr can b xpressd in 2 yrs. Lyke ROA n ROI needs @ least 3 yrs. Then u wan do evrythng 3 yrs! We alrdy chck wit othrs n NOT evrthng needs 2 b 3 yrs!"妈的.. what kind of attitude. what kind of stupid english. im the phase leader OK. & u this shit. what check with others. i today just check with the tutor lor. Shit u. dun follow the guidelines then what are the guidelines for? tutor tinks SP too much money den wanna waste paper & ink isit.
& this proj is actually due tml. but my friend got the teacher to extend abit till next week. but of cos im not telling them. if not, next week will still be like today. now, they tink tml is the due date, but they are still not doing anything & still so heck care. It has been like this since phase one, meaning the start of year 3. See lar, u just wait & see if ur Business Development FYP got any marks not.
妈的.. im really sooo 'lucky' to meet this kind of ppl, especially in this impt FYP proj. must really thanks my kor for introducing these team members to us. Thanks arh!
